Graystar Industries can also source any products your company may require. We have business relations with a large number of factories through-out China and North America, and we have the contacts and brokers in place to help us with our search.
Graystar Industries is your source to finding products that will help reduce your product costs without reducing the quality. We can offer you RFQ's (Request For Quotes) for all your required products at no charge. We will not only help you with your search but will deal with all aspects involved with your purchase.
Phase 1:
Tell us what product(s) your company would like us to source and/or provide a quote for. Include the estimated quantities you are requiring and an expected arrival time you wish or require to receive the product.
PLEASE NOTE: The average time frame to complete all necessary phases and ship your product will normally take 6-8 weeks.
"Graystar Industries" then performs a search into sourcing the desired product and acquires an estimated cost to see if we will be able to help meet your companies needs. We will then inform you if an opportunity exists for your company, or at the very least to reassure you that you are currently purchasing your desired product at a fair and competitve price.
Phase 2:
If pricing meets your approval we then need to acquire an actual product sample or detailed drawings/specifications of the product to make available to our factories.
PLEASE NOTE: Samples of your product(s) may be required and sample shipping charges may apply at this phase.
The product would then be reproduced to the required specifications and that sample shipped to you for review and approval.
Phase 3:
If the reproduced sample meets your company's approval including costs and estimated delivery time, the next step would be to collect a 50% deposit for the total value as presented to you in a detailed invoice. Once the deposit has been received, production would commence and "Graystar Industries" would start preparation of the shipping process. The remaining 50% would be required once production is completed and the shipment has been approved and in transport.
"Graystar Industries" deals with all necessary transportion documents including customs, duties and brokerage documents and arranges all local shipments to have the product delivered to your desired location.
